Wallet & Refund Policy
Version 2026-09-06
1. Internal wallet
Payments received through supported payment methods credit an internal minenic.com wallet after the payment provider reports the required settled status. The wallet is used to pay for domain services.
2. Domain purchases
Registration, transfer and other supported purchases debit the wallet at the price confirmed during checkout. The service revalidates price and availability before creating the paid order.
3. Failed registrations and transfers
If an order is definitively rejected before successful completion and the service determines that the wallet debit should be reversed, the corresponding amount is credited back to the internal wallet. A wallet reversal is not the same as a refund to the original external payment method.
4. External payment refunds
External-payment refunds are not part of the ordinary automated domain-order workflow. Where a refund outside the internal wallet is legally required or separately approved, it is handled manually under the applicable payment method and support procedure.
5. Completed registry operations
Successfully completed registry operations may be non-refundable, including where the upstream registrar or registry treats the operation as final.
