MineNIC (minenic.com) is the brand under which this domain-registration service is operated as a reseller working through Joker.com. These Terms govern your use of the minenic.com customer portal, wallet, domain search, registration, transfer, renewal and domain-management services.

1. Account and eligibility

You must provide accurate account and contact information, keep your credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.

2. Orders and availability

Search results and prices are quotations, not guarantees of registration. A domain order is completed only after the upstream registration process confirms success. A domain may become unavailable or subject to a changed registry price or policy before completion.

3. Customer instructions

You authorize minenic.com to perform the registration, transfer, renewal and management actions that you submit through the service, including transmitting the information required to process those actions.

4. Fees and wallet

Domain purchases are charged against your internal wallet. The amount shown at checkout is revalidated before an order is created. Wallet and refund rules are described in the Wallet & Refund Policy.

5. Domain rules

Domain registrations are also subject to the Domain Registration Agreement, applicable registry rules, ICANN requirements where applicable, and any rules attached to the selected top-level domain.

6. Suspension and abuse

minenic.com may restrict access to protect the service, comply with applicable law or registration rules, respond to abuse, fraud or security incidents, or prevent harm to other users or third parties.

7. Service changes

These Terms may be updated. A new version is effective for new orders when it is published and presented for acceptance. Material changes affecting existing services may be communicated separately where appropriate.
