Renewal & Expiration Policy

1. Renewal

Renewal is a billable domain operation. Prices and eligibility are rechecked when a renewal is requested. A renewal is complete only after the upstream registration process confirms success.

2. Auto-renew

If auto-renew is enabled, minenic.com may attempt renewal before expiration when the account has sufficient available wallet balance and the domain is eligible. Enabling auto-renew is not a guarantee of renewal; you remain responsible for monitoring domain status and maintaining sufficient funds.

3. Expiration notices

Expiration and renewal notices may also be sent by the upstream registration system in accordance with applicable policies. Keep registrant email information current so important notices can be received.

4. Expiration and redemption

After expiration, a domain may enter grace, redemption or deletion states depending on the TLD. Restore/redemption may require manual processing and additional fees. A restore request is not guaranteed to succeed.

5. Non-refundable operations

Certain registry operations, including completed renewals or restores, may be non-refundable after submission or completion.
