Domain Registration Agreement

Version 2026-09-06

MineNIC (minenic.com) provides domain-registration services as a reseller working through Joker.com. This agreement applies to every registration, transfer and renewal order submitted through minenic.com.

1. Registrant information

You must provide complete, current and accurate registrant and contact information. You must keep that information current for as long as the domain is managed through the service. Incorrect, incomplete or fabricated contact data may violate registration rules and can result in suspension, cancellation or deletion of a domain.

2. Authority to provide data

If you provide personal data relating to another person or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to provide that information for the requested domain service and to give the instructions submitted with the order.

3. Data transmission for order fulfillment

By submitting an order, you agree that personal and order data may be transferred to other persons and entities involved in processing and fulfilling the order, to the extent necessary to provide the requested domain-registration, transfer, renewal, privacy, payment, technical or related services and to comply with applicable requirements.

4. Registry and policy rules

Your domain is subject to the rules of the applicable top-level-domain registry and, where applicable, ICANN policies. Some TLDs require additional eligibility, identity, local-presence or contact information. minenic.com may request additional data or place an order into manual review when required.

5. Registration is not guaranteed

An availability result does not reserve a domain. Registration is successful only after the upstream registration process confirms completion. If a paid registration cannot be completed, the internal-wallet handling described in the Wallet & Refund Policy applies.

6. Privacy services

Where WHOIS/privacy service is offered, it does not permit inaccurate registrant data. The registrant information required by registration rules must still be provided and maintained even when public display is reduced or replaced by privacy-service data.

7. Transfers

Inbound transfers may require an authorization code, unlocking at the current registrar, confirmation messages, and waiting periods. Transfer completion is not instantaneous and may be blocked by registry or registrar policy.

8. Renewals and expiration

Renewal, expiration and redemption are governed by the Renewal & Expiration Policy and by the applicable registrar/registry rules. Some renewals and restore operations may be non-refundable once submitted.

9. Reference policies

Current upstream terms, domain addenda and ICANN-related references are published at Joker.com Terms & Conditions.
